Registration payments are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another participant with prior approval from Coach Paula LLC. A minimum of 10 participants is required for the pilgrimage to take place. If the pilgrimage is canceled by Coach Paula LLC due to low enrollment, all payments will be fully refunded. The itinerary, speakers, activities, meals, accommodations, times, and locations are subject to change due to weather, illness, ministry schedules, emergencies, travel issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Participants arrange their own transportation and are responsible for personal belongings, medications, mobility equipment, personal assistance, medical needs, and expenses. Some activities may involve walking, standing, stairs, uneven surfaces, outdoor conditions, and crowds. Coach Paula LLC does not provide medical care or administer medications. Emergency services will be contacted when appropriate. By registering, I voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with travel and pilgrimage activities and agree to treat fellow pilgrims, clergy, religious, volunteers, staff, and sacred places with respect and charity.
